TopDesk/JIRA integration

Question

Has anybody implemented the TopDesk/JIRA integration to raise JIRA tickets from TopDesk?
We had this working before but we just can’t work out the new (?) instructions on the TopDesk marketplace…

Hello Tony,In the marketplace there are two possible (standard) integrations available:- Jira integrationby TOPdesk- TOPdesk Jira Integration by AvisiIf it is the Jira integration by TOPdesk, please check if the token is still valid. Often this is the case that it’s not working anymore.If you couldn't find the answer please reach out to our (technical) support to discover the issue and a proper solution for it.
